Below are the choices for credits in case you ever need them. The list is always being added to so check back often. You will need 25 credits by Christmas Break to earn your Minor of Language Studies.
- 5 credits for making Flash Cards for every word introduced in 3 lessons in the Invitation to Languages book & then being able to give the word out loud in English when quizzed on those 3 lessons' words. All words will be kept on a ring supplied by Mrs. Bronn.
- 5 credits- complete the practice worksheet for 3 lessons and score at least an 80%.
- 5 credits- spend a total of 2 hours on Duolingo (see Mrs. Bronn for documenting time)
- 5 credits- spend a total of 2 hours talking/learning from someone who speaks that language fluently (see Mrs. Bronn for documenting time)
- 10 credits- make a video teaching others at least 10 important words they need to know if they are visiting a country that speaks that language.
- 15 credits- make an A to Z book using important words learners need to know in that language. Be sure to also give the English word and why it is important for us to know it or put it in a complete sentence for us to use in that language.
